Rip Off!,
I purchased a variety of products including eye serum, cream, etc. for $375! I then found exactly the same products online for a total of less than half this price. I called customer service and they told me there were no refunds even though all our products were still brand new and unopened. They asked me to send an email with the details of what happened and I did. Of course, they did not even respond. The only phone number I can find for the outlet location in Las Vegas where I purchased has been disconnected. This company uses high pressure sales tactics and dishonest marketing. STAY AWAY from this company and do not support dishonest vendors like Gratiae!

Just returned home from Las Vegas. Was shown this product in Mircle Mile Mall in Las Vegas. The product seemed to work wonderful…. They do half of your face, and I could see a difference and it felt wonderful. They wanted 149.00 for a bottle of eye serum. I did really think about buying product but thank goodness I waited to do my research when I got home. When I googled the name I saw that Amazon carried the same product for $21.99. I was shocked and thought maybe I had just misunderstood, then I read the reviews and found out several have had the same experience. I can not believe this company can get away with treating their customers like this. The salesmen are very pushy and get very hateful when you do not buy…. So thankful I stood my ground!!!!!!

|This serum caused the allergic reaction,
I tried this product two days ago at the mall kiosk. I think that is the worst eye serum I have ever tried, because the skin under my eye swelled and started itching after 10 minutes of applying the serum. I think I have got allergy to the product that was the first time I ever had the allergy to any cosmetics or skin care products. Skin under my eye looked different for the whole day after I tried serum under my right eye. I would recommend trying it out or get some sample before buying.
